Medion PC-Ubuntu12.0LTS-Wireless not working at home but it works using phone hot-spo

Dear all, I hope you can help me with my problem:

Old MEDION pc, Ubuntu 12.04LTS Installed. During installation wireless was working.
After wireless is not working, I can connect, but it does not manage to charge any internet page in reasonable time.

I can ping without any problem.
When I do:
wget --output-document=/dev/null http://speedtest.wdc01.softlayer.com...ds/test500.zip
the given time for downloading is --.- 14 days or more.

If I use my phone hot-spot the wireless works perfectly, the same using the wireless connection of other people.

Any clue? Listed below some, maybe useful informations.

PS: you will notice some weird charcters in the mac address part. These are shown as asiatic characters, that is
another problem that should be solved but the most important one is the wireless! Thanks!
