Need help with setting up and downloading RT(Request Tracker)

Hello,

I am in the process of trying to download RT on the Ubuntu server, and I am using this step by step guide http://askubuntu.com/questions/23308...u-12-04-server. I got up to downloading the second application Mail server, and am having trouble trying to locate and download fetchmail. Anyone know the command line/ where to find it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

fetchmail is available into the ubuntu archive

thanks for the help, just tried it and i got this error message??

E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

arghhh sorry im fairly new to ubuntu and trying to learn the basics, but i downloaded all of the required packages and request tracker. How do i run it now?

rt is a web-based app and runs in a browser. You need to point your browser to the location where apache is hosting it. The instructions to get it up and running are in that post #9.

im having another problem, my Ubuntu is not even connected to the internet, sigh this is a mess
