    Question How to add another user with the GUI?

    I am running Ubuntu 12.10 64 bit.
    Wanted to add a user to my system, opened the System Settings, looked under System Administration: nothing there to manage users.

    When I search the net I get instructions that tell me to open something called "User Management" from the System Settings window. Why has this been removed? How can I make it show up again?

    open System Settings Users to add an user
