Question YouTube Video Size: How Make Full Screen?

    v. 12.10 and 13.x

How does one make YouTube video become Full Size (of the screen)?

YouTube videos viewed on Windows 7 have three clickable box-icon options in the lower right of the video area that correspond to small, medium, and full screen viewing.

On ubuntu, the default view seems to be a medium size which is about equal to the windows small size; and only one other option, which makes the screen very small. I have on occasion somehow stumbled into getting the video to show full size; but I can't tell how I did it or replicate it with any regularity.

For me at least, the option exists:

However, according to directions here, clicking on the page and then hitting the F key seems to work for me also.

    Thanks,

    Hi cipherboy.
The screenshot you link to is the way YouTube looks to me with Firefox and Windows 7. With Firefox and ubuntu, I don't see the 3 three squares. I just see a downward facing triangle, and clicking on it opens a white box similar in shape to a CRT screen, with some lines in it. Clicking on that, makes the video box even smaller.

The F key worked though, and that will do. Thanks.
