    13.04

    After installation Ubuntu logo apear and nothing happend.
    What's wrong?

    The Ext2 file system is from before my time but i'd be surprised if 13.04 works on it. Try reinstalling onto sda again but have ext4 for all the files including /.

    I don't think it matters that grub is on an ext2 partition. Others might have more to say on that.

    This looks to be a multi-boot system, yes? After you have installed Ubuntu you may need to run sudo update-grub from a terminal (using the LiveCD if no other terminal option is available).
