Gnome3 not loading at boot up

Hello All,
I installed ubuntu 12.04 lts. I also installed gnome3. All was fine until I used gparted and deleted the wrong LVM. This damage the installation and ubuntu was only loading the recovery mode. Since it was pretty new I did a the complete reinstallation on the same new hard disk. However the problem is that gnome3 is not starting automatically upon booting. I am trying to get it back to where I had it before without success.
