    13.04 / Lenovo S205 / WIFI / Atheros / Ath9k

    Hi,

Since the upgrade to ubuntu 13.04 my wifi is hardlocked.

I had that same problem before and blacklisting some modules (acer_wmi, rt2800*, rt2x00*) and using a backported kernel was the solution.

    I've completely reinstalled ubuntu 13.04.
It was quite hard as EFI is still buggy.

    Auto install didn't boot.
I had to create manually an EFI partition of 130 Mb then using boot-repair to rebuild grub-efi...

Several people are reporting that the wifi problem is corrected once they moved the "ubuntu" reference last in the boot order in the bios.
But I don't have that entry, so I can't move it...

Yes that's the first thing I've done (same problem since 11.04).
But with no success this time.
And I've blacklisted it so it's not loaded.

My colleague praseodym will wonder if acer-wmi is blacklisted correctly since:
