    Voice in Veetle out of sync with Video

    I have just recently installed Ubuntu 13.04 on my computer.
    Everything seems good and I'm Glad of that.
    Switched back to Classic Gnome interface but I guess that is neither here nor there
    The problem is I have finally managed to get Veetle installed on my Firefox Browser so that at least
    it shows readable video ( up until now [for the past 3-4 distros of Ubuntu] it has been unviewable)
    But now the audio is out of sync with the beautiful video
    As veetle suggested I have tried depressing Ctrl - K (or L) to sync but no go
    Does anyone else have any suggestions to correct this problem

    Any help appreciated
