    Ubiquity halts at selecting wifi

Computer: Lenovo Edge e525, AMD A8-3500m
    Original os: Windows 7

I'm having trouble trying to install Ubuntu 12.10 or 13.04 daily from usb, it always stays with spinning wheel in Ubiquity at the step to connect to wifi, its connects to the wifi but it just never continues to the next step.

I am certainly not an expert here but here is a suggestion.

Start the live system and launch ubiquity from a terminal and see if it still has the problem. Of course, you can test it with the network connected and disconnected. This will potentially give you an idea about the problems, if any.

Sorry I failed to mention that I tried all combinations of connected to network and starting ubiquity from terminal.
