There are at least two ISPs I'm aware of in different parts of the world that have experienced issues with Yahoo in recent months:

I don't really know how to respond.
Do you know anything about making Yahoo my default e-mail?
Thanks.
You want to make firefox, with your yahoo email as the default page, as your email client?
Firefox is a browser. Use it as a browser and just use web mail.
It'll take a few daunting steps to make firefox an email-client and the chances of problems arising are high.

Well, when I'm in the Firefox browser, and I click an e-mail address, it sends to me to the Thunderbird setup.
Maybe I asked the question the wrong way originally.
Thanks.
Ah, it's a browser setting.
Thanks!
Here, for you and others who might want to look for same

My post was intended as a "heads up" that there have been issues with Yahoo lately. Continuing to use their services is your choice, and don't forget to keep your account secure.
Because I don't currently use Yahoo if I can possibly help it, I'll defer to the wisdom of others who have responded.

I see you are a forum moderator.
With all due respect, there can be a thin line between a "heads up" and a "hijack".
Thank you.

In Firefox it was Edit->Preferences->Applications->Mailto->Use Yahoo! Mail.
Thanks.
