    restricting user from changing network settings and adding new connection in ubuntu

    I have 100 systems running ubuntu 10.04 and I want to restrict all users to change the network settings like IP settings, adding new connection
    through network manager, is there some one who can suggest me the easy and best solution in detail as I am new to linux.

    Please help me ....

    Hello and welcome

    Have you considered just removing network-manager altogether and setting up your network connections via /etc/network/interfaces?
