    Crucial m500 960 GB SATA-3 SSD

I got a Lemur Ultra lemu4 and I want to know if the Crucial m500 960 GB SATA-3 SSD is compatible. If so, then I plan to re-install the latest interm Ubuntu 64 bit release and I'll install my favorite software applications and restore my user data. It should take one day. But, I don't want to buy it unless I'm sure it will work.

We've only tested the Intel X-25 and X-50 series, 310 and 520 series, and Crucial M4 series SSDs. We haven't tested this new one yet, so we can't be sure how compatible it will be. In general, and SATA device will work, though I can't speak to their reliability.

Do you plan to test the new Crucial m500 and perhaps include it in your future products as a premium option?

I can't comment on future products, but I'll pass that along to the apropriate people.
