    Encrypted home partition with chrubuntu?

I was thinking of buying a Chromebook and installing Chrubuntu on it as a cheap laptop if I go travelling later in the year. The question I have is whether it's possible to encrypt the Ubuntu partitions when installing on the Chromebook? This is fairly important since if the thing gets stolen I don't want personal data exposed to the thief.

Re: Encrypted home partition with chrubuntu?

Replying to myself here. Installed Chrubuntu 12.04 on an Acer C720 chromebook. Am able to use an SD Card with a normal Linux LUKS encrypted partition on it for /home with no problems. I couldn't get this working with Crouton though, so a Chrubuntu/ChromeOS dual boot is the way to go for encrypted /home on an SD card.
