Getting money from Ubuntu Application Center

I live in Ukraine and PayPal doesn't allow us to receive money. So, is exist another method for money receiving? Is it possible to get money legal (with invoice and paying laws)?

Can you get a Swiss bank account? or a bank account anywhere else? Then have paypal go there.
