Hi stefany000. Welcome to the forums Take a look at Gimp, and Inkscape. Both available on the repositories if you are using Ubuntu. Check the links for downloads for other OSes. Hope it helps. Come here often and have fun. Regards.
Gimp is literally the only Linux software that comes even remotely close to Photoshop man. :c
There is also Krita which is part of the KDE Calligraphy Suite.
Wow, thanks a lot papibe, just GIMP it is a great program, and next one i tried of www.photoshoponlinefree.com also tried paintshop, But the most i like the one which you give which is desktop application GIMp , and i wonder that too free, thanks a lot
GIMP is the favorite for a lot of people. And maybe the more photoshop-like.
+1 on Gimp.

I also use Photoshop on Wine.
You can do just about anything in GIMP that you can do in PS. Provided you know GIMP as good as PS.
Gimp is definitely a very good alternative to photoshop. I used photoshop for years and switched to gimp in 2008. Also check out the Gimp Plugin Registry. Just browse the plugins and yo should find anything you're looking for! http://registry.gimp.org/
