Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - how to make a custom log in feature-

    Hey guy's.
    First post on these forum's.

I am editing a ubuntu 10.04 distribution, and using remsteries to create a live copy to share.

How ever, this is exclusive, and to prevent sharing or leaking, id like to have the user's
register with me, in which i will add there name's and selected password's to my SQL DataBase.

Id like the OS to verify, there log in detail;s with my sql data base before allowing them to log in.

Can anyone suggest how to do this?

(iether this or id like, to have a CD KEY verification much like window's does)

Maybe you should read the appropriate licensing for Ubuntu before you do this... It may break the licence agreement!

If you can program, you can build your own login-program. But, anybody can easily remove it and install the original.
