How to download the latest 12.10, with all updates up to date?

Essentially a "daily build" but with the 12.10 release? When I download it from the site, it says the build's from October 2012. I have a problem where my graphics will f*** up on an update, so I can't upgrade the Linux Kernel or FGLRX.

Don't understand the question ... are you asking for 12.10 that already HAS the fglrx drivers embedded in it?

IF so, the answer is simple -- NO -- because those are "restricted" drivers and Canonical will not package them with any version of Ubuntu.
    Ubuntu 20.04, Mint 19.10; MS Win10 Pro.
Will not respond to PM requests for support -- use the forums.

Only LTS releases get updated installation media after they have been released. For non-LTS releases (such as 12.10) the only available images are the ones that were available on release day.

You could, however, use the mini CD to perform your installation as this will download and install the latest version of packages, meaning you start with a fully up-to-date system.

You can download the mini CD from here...
