How to make former Windows button associate with my OS?

Hey guys! A couple days ago, I installed Xubuntu. I would like to make the button with the Windblows logo on my keyboard open up the menu with my applications (not sure what it's called ). Can someone help me?

I'm running Xubuntu 12.04. The Windows Key + R brings up "Application Finder: Find and launch applications installed on your system"

    Some more relevant information:

    Code:
    xfce4-popup-applicationsmenu
    ...will popup the applications menu.

    Code:
    xfce4-popup-applicationsmenu -p
...will popup the applications menu at the mouse pointer position.
