Choppy Youtube vids when in full screen

Videos are properly displayed when not viewing in Full screen. I am using fglrx graphics drivers, and in the past everything worked fine. There are three proprietary drivers I can select:
    1. "Experimental AMD binary Xorg driver and kernel module"
    2. "ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver (**experimental**beta) <--- Currently installed
    3. "ATI/AMD proprietary FGLRX graphics driver (post-release updates)

In the past they've always worked fine. This problem only seems to effect flash vidoes as VLC and Totem are able to display videos perfectly in full screen.

    Distro: Ubuntu 12.04

all depends on the hardware power, and the video color depth used : if you want full 32 bits color on full screen, then add some gazoline
