Want gnome-search-tool to call nautilus rather than thunar

I recently installed xubuntu (it was the "buntu" that would run on my old Compaq Presario 2100). However, I like gnome-search-tool better than catfish, and I like nautilus better than thunar. So I installed both and they run, but when gnome-search-tool finds a file I want and I double click it, it calls thunar rather nautilus. In addition, if I double click on anything on the desktop thunar is called rather than nautilus. I suppose this is caused by some configuration setting, but I don't know how to fix it.

Any help would be appreciated very much!!!

Go to Settings -> Preferred Applications -> Utilities and set the file Manager to Nautilus.

The gnome desktop utilities includes a search tool which is Independent of the fie manager. It can be opened from the search key on my current keyboard, but not the my old one.
