    [Headless] Ubuntu keeps resetting at boot

    My headless Ubuntu server keeps resetting at boot, like 4 out of 5 times, but when it does boot, it is stable - also under full load. I have tried to re-install with no change. I can't find any hardware faults, but of course that doesn't mean that there aren't any that is only triggered at boot...

    I have run a filesystem check with no errors. RAM and disks seem fine too. I don't know if the ACPI error is the problem but I would guess not since it skips past it in log 3 and still reset.

    The system is an Intel LittleFalls 2 board with an integrated dual-core Atom CPU, a Corsair HX Series PSU with plenty of power and a RAID controller. That is it I think, besides the disks that is.

    how is it formated ?
    but i'm not sure about what you mean by "resetting at boot" : is it ending the boot process normally, then reset itself, or else ?

    to put my two cents here, i propose to install 3.8 kernel instead of 3.5 or 3.7, as it works way better (see ubuntu-x-swat/r-lts-backport ppa)
