thinkpad T530

I am planning on buying thinkpad T530, but want to make sure it is compatible with Ubuntu first. It seems that some people had problems with fan control in the past and other issues. Does anyone have experience with the newest thinkpads? If so, did it have any issues? I will be using this laptop for work, so really hope that it will work out of the box. Thanks!

Here is the status on the Thinkpad T530
http://www.ubuntu.com/certification/.../201205-11132/
Seems to be certified to work with Ubuntu 11.10 32 bit, so I would think it will be 100% with the later versions.

Thanks for the reply, patrickcage. I did check that all of the "major" hardware works prior to posting. Sorry for not making it clear right away! I am just a bit worried that there might be some other annoying problems (like with my old Toshiba laptop which I was never able to make hibernate properly).
