error when trying to update through Update Manager

Hi, when i click the check the button it says. (Failed to download reppository informastion, check your internet connection) and im allwes on the net so it cant be the internet but when i click on Details i get this

W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/cooperjona/stormcloud/ubuntu/dists/raring/main/binary-i386/Packages  404  Not Found
, E:Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I dont know what to do, please help thanks everyone.

Looks like stormcloud has been deleted from the ppa.

Thats because it no longer exist, its been removed. You can no longer get stormcloud.

so do i just fuget about that error, Can i still update. Because I dont even know what stormcloud is.

Open a terminal (press Ctrl+Alt+t) and run

sudo add-apt-repository -r ppa:cooperjona/stormcloud
