Hello all:

I used to install ubuntu in a separate box or a virtual box on windows. A week ago I tried the windows installer of kubuntu, however I found that after the installation a dual booting menu was created, I don't like it so that I removed the kubuntu using the "remove application" applet from Windows 7.

Now I have two issues:
1. The dual booting menu is still there I can't get rid of it;
2. The windows start to have a blue screen issues from time to time and reboot. This is most annoying as it happens all of a sudden and in a few occasions in the middle of my work, like transferring a file or etc.

My windows system used to work quite stable before. Can anyone tell me how to completely remove kbuntu including the removal of the dual boot menu

Thanks,
John
