Hi A while back i got a new monitor and for a while everything was fine BUUUT then i started to get a ghostly distortion issue. http://postimage.org/image/rli1pub49/
If you look closely you can see a sort of ghost for everything on the desktop

Looks ok to me.

If your monitor needs resyncing then use the appropriate control on it.

The screenshot looks fine. The problem must be your monitor.
