    CakePHP Book

I know PHP and MySQL. I am supporting a system that was developed using CakePHP 1.3, and I have read the online documents and tutorials for this framework.

Can anybody recommend a decent book on CakePHP?

Personally, I've never worked with CakePHP, but a good friend of mine does, and in his opinion The CakePHP Cookbook is one of the best.

Thanks. That is the main online resource that I am already aware of; I was just wondering whether any of the stuff you can buy from Amazon etc. was worth it. I think I'll probably do without for now.

You can prefer the "O'Reilly's book for CakePHP" as it is one of the best book for CakePHP framework development.
