    Angry Installing Ethernet/wifi drivers - 2013 iMac

It's driving me crazy, I tried to install the windows drivers on a new 27 inch imac and it still doesn't work, two of the broadcom drivers install but one doesn't and no option or any sign of networking shows up. I tried the b43 but I'm not at a level to be able to figure it out easily, I'm not a beginner but I'm close enough to make this frustrating and from searching on the net for the past 2 days straight I'm not the only one that's been having trouble with the new macs and getting them going. Can someone please help me, as I know I won't be the only one in gratitude.

Also open Terminal and run this command: lspci
You can post the whole thing here using copy/paste.

    Re: Installing Ethernet/wifi drivers - 2013 iMac

Was having the same problem with 12.10. Did a clean install of 12.04 and my wifi card was detected automatically and I installed the additional driver (Broadcom STA wireless driver). This thread got my Ethernet working:

It's a little hackish, but it got the job done.
