Unhappy Text/fonts display garbled after hibernation resume

I have just installed ubuntu 12.04 LTS as a primary ex4 partition (as a sole OS) and set the swap partition over double my RAM which was 3 GB (Swap partition is currently 10 GB).

The thing that I just experienced is having the fonts and texts just garbled after resuming hibernation, I was wondering if there is an incompatibility with my graphic card driver or something else ?

---> This is the Snapshot of the current OS view

P.S: Just to add that I have the Intel GM45 display driver chipset for graphic.(Further Information Bellow)

    Thanks for your time,

    Amir
