    Can't print pdf's to an hp cp4025dn....

I'm trying to print a pdf and this printer (cp4025dn) takes absolutely forever, if it prints at all. I have hplip installed on a pc running 12.04 lts and every thing is updated. When you look at the print queue, it shows that some how the pdf file has doubled if not tripled in size and it takes absolutely wayyyy too long to print it. Some times, even with the correct duplex options set it will only print on one side. Any suggestions?

I assume you are using evince to display, and from which to try to print.

If I'm correct give epdfview, from the repos, a try. I have a few pdf files that refuse to print from evince, but work without a problem from epdfview. I have no idea why, as the pdf version of the files appears to be the same, but it is worth your trying as well.

You're correct, I was using evince. Gave epdfview a try and all it did was print a blank page....
