Goal
When connected to my home wireless network to be able to type something like:

/myHome

into the address bar and view the localhost webpage of my server.

Hardware
D-Link DIR-601 wireless router
Old laptop running Ubuntu Server 12.04.1 LTS with ethernet connection to wireless router
Several wireless devices including laptops, mobile phones, etc. that connect through the router.

So, my question is what do I need to set up? Do I need a web server, a DNS server, both, or?

Currently, I am able to connect to the Internet through the router from any of these devices, but not sure how to serve local web pages, and connect to them on the local network.

Any help is appreciated.

Cheers,
