Unibody MacBook Drivers
hey i posted earlier in the new guy section and they recommended i come over here. I have no experience with linux and i just installed ubuntu 12.04 LTS on my Unibody MacBook (non-pro 2.4 dual core)
I was hoping you guys can help me figure out what drivers i need and how to install them. In my earlier post some people recommended that i install my nvidia GeForce 9400M drivers through the "additional drivers" program, but i dont think it worked because im putting 1280 x 800 resolution and i remember it being capable of much more. (also my DVI out inst working)
Please help me, and thanks for taking the time to read this

did you try this? under preferences>displays, hitting the detect displays button when you have your external monitor hooked up with DVI? (see screenshot)
