How can I change the "Device Actions" in Kubuntu 12.04

I've just installed Kubuntu 12.04 on my computer, and I'd like to know how to change the default programs for working with removable media or other devices. Specifically, I'd like to know how to change the default program for playing a DVD movie from the Dragon player to Totem Movie Player, which I've already installed. Thanks!

select video-dvd and adjust the application prefs on the right and apply

    System Settings > Device Actions

System Settings is the first place to look for anything having to do with configuring your system or the KDE interface.

Yes, that's where I tried to change it. But it wasn't as easy as just changing from one program to another. It looks to me like you have to enter the proper command for it to follow, right? How do I change it? I probably need to know the right command to make it use the Totem player instead of Dragon player. The command listed under the Dragon player is: "dragon --play-dvd", so what do I need to enter to make it open with the Totem player? And, is that all that needs to be done? Thanks!

I tried that, and it showed the Totem player as the only movie player on the list. When I insert a DVD and the options come up in the lower right corner, it still only shows the Dragon player as an option to watch the movie with.
