Where are my Firefox bookmarks?

Hi,

Since my Windows Xp gave out on me with some DLL files having problems in my system32 folder and my pc not booting up again, I installed Ubuntu on a USB stick.
Everything is still there, but all my firefox bookmarks are gone. Can I find them somewhere, or are they gone forever?

Look in

%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

Where %APPDATA% is you windows application data directory.

That would be an example path:

C:\Documents and Settings\your user account\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Thanks for the very quick replies.
I don't have the Profile Folder under my 'User' but I do find it under 'PC', App Data, Mozilla, Firefox.
What do I look for in that folder? I see all kinds of weird files.

If you use Firefox Sync you can transfer settings, bookmarks, and extensions from one FF browser to another.
