How do I make a launcher to run the command: xcalib -i -a

I think I may give up on compiz with Xubuntu 12.04. The only feature I use it for is the inverse (negative).

Can anyone give me directions on how to make a launcher for the top panel, to run the following command automatically, by clicking the launcher icon?

    Code:
    xcalib -i -a
So, I think to start, I should right click on desktop, choose "create launcher", give it a name like xcalib, but I don't know what to do with the command section. I assume it has to do with gnome-terminal and the command, but duh! I dunno. Yes, I have gnome-terminal installed.

    Thank you.

Well, I fuddled around a bit and came up with it. So for posterity, because I am forgetful, here is what I did:

Right Click on the desktop > click on Create Launcher > entered xcalib as Name > in Command wrote xcalib -i -a, clicked on the thing on the right of it and choose desktop > ticked to run in terminal > clicked on No Icon and chose one > and dragged it to the panel > and deleted the icon from the desktop > done!

That to the best of my recollection.
