Logitech C260 audio out of sync

I am using Cheese to capture my webcam input. It seems to capture in webm format but the sound is off from the video. How can I fix this does anyone know?

Also, I don't see in the preferences where to change the capture format and or where it saves it's files. CUrrently they get saved to /home/username/videos/Webcam

i am now using GUVCViewer, i turned down the capture settings to 640x360 and only 10 frames per second and the audio is now in sync with the video. Must be my crappy computer, it's only a 1.8Ghz C2D with 2GB RAM. I know I know, I need to upgrade badly
