Are you sure that ufw is the problem? Have you confirmed that by temporarily disabling ufw?

I receive emails just fine in thunderbird with only ssh, rdp and vnc inbound ports explicitly opened

what is ssh,rdp, vnc

smtp.*****.net port 25 have also tried port 465,,, security, ssl/tls,,, authentication normal password i have also tried no password
user name ****** i have also tried ******@*****.net
