QUCS - Why N-Channel MOSFET Not Behaving As Expected...

The title says it; basically, I took the sample Boost Converter circuit from this QUCS page:BoostConverter for QUCS

And I tried replicating it with a MOSFET instead of a switch. Instead of behaving similarly to the switch, though, I get an output waveform that looks like this:


Any ideas why? With the switch in there, Vout is closer to 160V...

I am having the same problem (different circuit) with qucs 0.0.15. Problem remained after 0.0.17. Has anyone figured this out?
