Before I begin, I apologize for my ignorance of Ubuntu. This is my first foray into this flavor of Linux. I am quite experienced with RHEL and Centos, but Centos seemed a bit heavy for this underpowered laptop. I decided to go with Ubuntu since I have heard many good things about it. Anyway, here is my problem:

I have a 2010 HP Mini 110 with a Broadcom bcm4312 wireless adapter. I am able to see all of the available networks but when I attempt to authenticate I get rejected. I have 2 routers in my house that I have tried, both running WPA2 TKIP or AES authentication. One is a Linksys Cisco router, and the other is a Verizon FIOS router. I have never had a problem authenticating with these routers whether using a PC, android phone or Kindle. I also have Windows 7 Starter installed on this cheapo PC and the wireless works fine when I am running Windows. I have installed Ubuntu 12.10 and the wired ethernet works fine. Any help to get this wireless going?
