remove nvidia drivers via command line

Hi, I installed some nvidia drivers and now only one screen works but I can't get any menus up.
I can drop into the command line, and have tried reconfigure to no avail.
I've also tried using jockey-text to change the driver, which either hangs or fails.

It seems to be something to do with linux-headers,

I followed the advice in this post and it worked fine
