In software sources disable CD rom as a source.You can do it with

sudo leafpad /etc/apt/sources.list

and put # sign in front of lines witch are CD related.After that save and close file.

sudo apt-get update

Because you have broken packages run

sudo apt-get -f install

Be sure you are not running update manager or something similar.Just type in terminal

sudo apt-get -f install

That should resolve broken packages.Let us know how it goes.
