Question How to do let's plays with Ubutnu?

So I'd like to start let's play with Ubuntu but since fraps doesn't work in Linux I need something to replace it. I know few programs like CaptureMyDesktop or something like that and one for console. But witch is better? And how to use them? I need to be able to capture my screen game sounds and my own voice.
quolity should be at least as good as fraps 30fps half frame.

Try a google/yahoo/bing/whoever search with the following in the search box:

    linux fraps

You'd be amazed at what pops up.

So there's no easy way of making let's play with Linux? What a shame
So I guess I will not be getting rid of Windows any time soon. And there's little reason to use Linux

Ten seconds with Google produces a whole list of options. Here's one:

For you maybe but not for me I'm used to use fraps and it's not command line based.

Neither are the first three options in the link I posted, although Record My Desktop has a command line option as well.

Only problem with record my desktop is that textures flicker in the video when I watch it.

recordmydesktop is pretty much it, unless you use istanbul that doesnt do sound.
recordmydesktop does have a gui though, gtkrecordmydesktop does have some options in it but it can vary per hardware.
