Hi all,

I'm running Ubuntu 12.10 on a MacBookPro 9,2
The multimedia keys to change screen brightness and keyboard backlight just work, but I have two minor issues:
1) when I hold the keys they only move the brightness by one step, they do not continue to reduce/increase the luminosity.
2) keyboard backlight is not automatically adjusted based on the external luminosity, like it is on MacOSX, nor is switched off when the keyboard is not used for a while, like it would happen using pommed.

I wonder if it is possible to configure these behaviours (I couldn't find anything relevant from the control panel or using gconf-editor), or to disable them from unity so that I can manage brightness and keyboard backlight using pommed.

Thank you in advance

P.S. I posted this in http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2083180 previously, they suggested to move the thread here
