Upgrade Lubuntu 11.04 to 12.04

My main problem is that Lubuntu doesn't have LTS releases.

Well...it sort of does.

Okay:

-Things that Lubuntu team does (basically interface stuff, some tweaks to the openbox configuration) will not be updated.

-Everything else will receive updates as per usual with *buntu.

It does! I understand *ubuntu distros better now .

And I have made my mind too... I will probably go for Ubuntu Server LTS and install a lightweight GUI next time, when I feel like tinkering on the old machine.
