Help installing burg-pc

i found today problem with my Ubuntu 12.04 and i want to report it to Ubuntu Forums, so i came here and i thought it will be EASY but it was NOT, so can someone please tell me where i can go/post this problem :

You are trying to install? This sub-forum is fine for now but I may move once you give more detail.

When exactly are you getting this error?

I'm probably wrong here, but I thought the failed package - burg - was an add-on to customize the grub menu. As such, I didn't think it would look for it at installation time. Are you sure you haven't already installed but now are trying to install burg?
