    Need Video Decoder Download

Hey fellow beanheads, I am running ubuntu 12.4. I have installed DeVeDe video creator to turn downloaded movies to ISO files to burn to dvd's. Now I seem to need a video decoder to watch the downloads on my OS. Any suggestions

You mean the downloaded movies right?

    Have you tried
    1. Using VLC
    2. Installing ubuntu-restricted-extras (shows up as Ubuntu Restricted Extras in the Software Center)

Thanks there were two downloads in the software center both were labeled Ubuntu restricted extras, I only had one. Now that I have both the movie plays fine, Thanks again
