slow connect to wifi AP(20sec)

Hello,

I have problem with slow connect to wireless router .... I load OS in 7 sec, but wifi manager configuration is so bad on my PC... Time to connect to wifi AP is about 20-25seconds ... I tried Wicd manager too, it is same... Long verification 10sec, long obtain ip 7sec ... In windows7 it is connected instantly ...
Next problem with default wifi manager is that if I change AP(school,home,work,...),wifi manager is trying to connect to AP what I clicked last. I must manually change AP(I havent tested it with wicd manager yet)...

Can someone help please?

Same problem here. Ubuntu 12.04. With broadcom BCM4322.
