    iTunes Equivalent for Streaming Music

I'm temporarily living in an apartment that has a built-in wifi-enabled sound system. I'm told that if you have your music in iTunes on your laptop, you can wirelessly play your music through the sound system.

Being a committed Ubuntist, of course, I don't have iTunes (usually I use Quod Libet, but I'm familiar with other Linux players like Rhythmbox and Amarok).

Assuming I can find the wireless network to which the sound system is connected, is there a Linux music player I can use to play my music over the network?
