IOverFlow - if you liked Rez this is gonna be sweet

So these people are making this game thats kinda like Rez for the PS2 and Dreamcast. Only its for your PC.

I played the Dreamcast game that this is trying to clone and its really psychedellic, it reminds me of tron. It's a shooter on rails where your flying through space and you have to destory all these enemies that come onscreen and when you destory one it makes a sound and the sound goes with the backround music. Oh, and the levels change colors depending on what kind of music your playing. It's hard to describe, but very cool.

The project has kinda stumbled as of lately so send the guy an email and tell him you want this game. It's for Windows only now but "a Linux port isn't out of the question".

Rez is a great game, I'd love to play this once a Linux version is out. Until then, I'll stick with the original

I'd rather have a PS3/360 version with HD audio and video.

I LOVED Rez, short as hell, but probably one of the best 2 hours of my life (is that sad?).

This sounds cool, the idea of it reacting to my own music is just awesome (anyone remeber Vib Ribbon?), bring on the linux version!
