You mean, turning comma a dead-key?
I see what you meant: ", c" looks logical, as comma looks like an upside-down acute diacritic, but it would also mean that every time I want to write a comma I would have to press space before it is being posted. The cure would be worse than the disease.
Moreover "' c " is how we are used to type in Brazil - it's been this way since the first PCs arrived here.
BTW, what I was asking was not about pressing ' and C together, but one after another - the dead-key approach (dead because the first character won't show until the next key is pressed).
