A Program like J.A.R.V.I.S. ?

Is is possible to have a program that can make designs that I tell it to like JARVIS but not that advanced. Not just for like opening windows and stuff. Looking for something that can design what im saying .. I understand the programming will be extensive but is it really possible ?

I want it for making designs not a personal assistant I guess eventually it would all come together.

IMHO It's just a question of time and money.
"is this possible" in programming in these days is quite irrelevant.

that the thing is it possible now .... to have the money and the skill together is something insane.... if we got 5-8 computer programmers together you think we could figure it out ?
